ESP-Ground Breaking
Executive Suite Professionals hosted an unorthodox “ground-breaking” ceremony Thursday at EverBank Center.
It was the first time such a ceremony, complete with the traditional golden shovels, has taken place 14 stories above the sidewalk at 301 W. Bay St.

Executive Suite Professionals announced on Thursday it has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at EverBank Center and will be located on the 14th floor.
Executive suite company sets up shop in EverBank Center
Executive Suite Professionals LLC has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet of the 14th floor of the EverBank Center at 301 W. Bay St. in Downtown Jacksonville.
The EverBank Center will be the first location for ESP, which was co-founded by Jacksonville-based managing membersLisa Gufford and Duke Addison. A third partner, Bortie Twiford is based in Washington, D.C.

Locally owned Executive Suite Professionals, LLC (ESP) announced today that they have signed a 20,000 sf lease at Everbank Center. ESP is a full service, all-inclusive executive suite perfect for large and small companies, attorneys, engineers, accountants, financial firms and entrepreneurs just to name a few.
EverBank Center
EverBank Financial Corp. executives announced this morning that the company has signed an agreement to lease about 270,000 square feet in AT&T Tower 301, which will be renamed EverBank Center.
The Jacksonville-based bank said it will relocate more than 1,500 employees to the area. An incentives agreement with the City and state called for 1,000 jobs to be moved and 200 to be created.
