Executive Suite Professionals has signed a lease for 20,000 square feet on the 14th floor of the EverBank Center. It’ll use part of that for its own offices but plans to lease out the rest as (no surprise here) executive suites.

It also has an option on another 10,000 square feet, which would mean the entire 14th floor.

Lisa Gufford, one of the partners in the new enterprise, said she eventually expects to create 98 offices on that floor. The company also offers receptionists, concierge services, IT support, etc.

Pam Smith, representative for El-Ad Florida, the building’s owner, said that will take occupancy to 73 percent. El-Ad had listed the building for sale but recently took it off the market and decided to keep it long term, she said.
